We ship all of our parcels via Australia Post. Please note, your order will be processed at our HQ within 1-3 business days as we dispatch on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Express post is available as an option at checkout, if you require your order urgently please email hello@stinasstyle.com.au

We ship worldwide, yay!

Note: some remote areas may have a surcharge to cover shipping costs. If you aren't home at time of delivery you may be charged a $35 redelivery fee. If you would like to avoid this - please leave a note at checkout that you are happy for your item to be left without signature on delivery at your own risk

We offer a full refund or exchange on full priced items when returned within 30 days with proof of purchase or order number. Refunds will only be processed if the items are in their original packaging and have not been opened or used.

Returns will only be considered if your item is purchased from www.stinasstyle.com.au. We do not offer returns for items purchased from our stockists.

Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international orders are also not covered and must be paid for by the customer.

Please note: we are unable to offer refunds on sale items or NappyWallets (for hygiene reasons).
