We so offer a refund minus a 20% admin fee on all full priced items when returned within 30 days with proof of purchase or order number. Refunds will only be processed if the items are in their original packaging and have not been opened or used.
Returns will only be considered if your item is purchased from www.stinasstyle.com.au. We do not offer returns for items purchased from our stockists.
Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international orders are also not covered and must be paid for by the customer.
If you are wanting to return your Activity Mat or Rattan Play Gym this will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact us. Please note, all return postage costs are responsibility of the customer Good must received in the same condition as they were sent in and will incur a 20% admin fee.
Please note: we are unable to offer refunds on sale items, clothing, Skincare/Dummies/Lotions/Bath products or NappyWallets (for hygiene reasons).
