GENERAL
- Can you wash the ActivityPlayMats?
Yes you can. We recommend hand washing your precious, handmade mats. We have heard of a lot of customers washing their mats on a cold, gentle cycle with no problems at all, however sometimes the mats can loose a little bit of their stiffness and possibly slight fading.
- Do you have In-Stock ActivityPlayMats?
All In-Stock mats get uploaded to our online shop. If all mats are sold out, we'll be working hard to create more and upload them ASAP.
-All your mats say they are SOLD, are you really sold out?
Yes, our mats sell super quickly so make sure you sign up to our mailing list to receive a notification as soon as we have more in stock. And then.... BE QUICK!
- When will you have more In-Stock mats available?
We are regularly uploading new stock, so if we are sold out, it won't be long till we load more.
- Can I receive an email when you have more In-Stock?
Yes, sign up at the bottom of this page to be on our mailing list.
- Can I come and look at your ActivityPlayMats?
Of course you can. Please email us for information and to make sure we are there.
- Do you have a shop-front?
No we don’t. We are solely an Online company, but you never know. ;)
- Do you attend any markets?
We haven’t booked in to any markets in the near future. To find out if we will, sign up to our newsletter.
- How do I sign up to your Newsletter?

CUSTOM ORDERS
- How do I book a Custom Order spot?
Please head to our custom order page and click the custom orders box. Fill out the details and book your spot by either paying a $100 deposit or full payment. We will be in touch with you to confirm your spot. 
- When do I choose fabrics?
Fabric suggestions will be posted closer to the time of your booked month, so you do not need to know which colours you want until then.
- What fabrics do you use on your playmats?
We use Cotton and linen fabrics for our ActivityPlayMats.
- When will my Custom Order be ready/posted?
Your custom order will be posted/ready towards the end of your booked month.
- When is the final payment due?
Upon completion.
- Can I pay a deposit to book a Custom spot?
Yes you can.
- How long are you booked for?
Please refer to our Custom Order page for more information.
- I need to cancel my order, will i receive my money back?
Yes, you'll be able to get your money back, however there is a non refundable service charge fee of $10* up to 2 months before your booked month. A greater non refundable fee will be applied within 2 months before your booked month.

SHIPPING
- Can I choose to pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order in Mornington, VIC.
- I have purchased an InStock item. When will this be posted?
We aim to post your order within 3-5 business days. Please note, EXPRESS orders will be posted on Mon, Thu or Fri.
- How much is postage?
Postage is calculated during the checkout procedure as this amount varies.
- Do you ship international?
We ship worldwide, except NorthAmerica.
