GENERAL

- Can you wash the Activity Play Mats?
Yes you can. We recommend hand washing your precious, handmade mats. We have heard of a lot of customers washing their mats on a cold, gentle cycle with no problems at all, however sometimes the mats can loose a little bit of their stiffness and possibly slight fading.

 

- Do you have in stock Activity Play Mats?
We always try to keep all variations in stock, however as we make all play mats in small batches there may be some instances where we are out of stock. Rest assured we are making more and will be back in stock soon.

 

-All your mats say they are sold out, are you really sold out?
Yes, our mats sell super quickly so make sure you sign up to our mailing list to receive a notification as soon as we have more in stock. And then.... BE QUICK!

- When will you have more in stock mats available?
We are regularly uploading new stock. If we are sold out, it won't be long till we load more.

- Can I receive an email when you have more in stock?
Yes, if you send an email to hello@stinasstyle.com.au with your name and what you are after, we will let you know when they are back in stock. 

- Can I come and look at your Activity Play Mats?
Of course you can. We are based in the inner west of Melbourne. Please email us for information and to make sure we are there.

- Do you have a shopfront?
No we don’t. We are solely an Online company, but you never know. ;)

- How can I contact you?

- Do you offer wholesale?
Not at this point.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

 - How do I book a custom order spot?

Please head to our custom order page and click the custom orders box. Fill out the details and book your spot by either paying a $100 deposit or full payment. We will be in touch with you to confirm your spot. 

- When do I choose fabrics?
Fabric suggestions will be posted closer to the time of your booked month, so you do not need to know which colours you want until then. If you have a specific requirement reach out and we can try and accomodate.

- What fabrics do you use on your play mats?
We use cotton and linen fabrics for our Activity Play Mats. 

- When will my custom order be ready/posted?
Your custom order will be posted towards the end of your booked month.

- When is the final payment due?
Upon completion of your custom order. 

- Can I pay a deposit to book a custom spot?
Yes you can.

- How long are you booked for?
Please refer to our Custom Order page for more information.

- I need to cancel my order, will I receive my money back?
Yes, you'll be able to get your money back, however there is a non refundable service charge fee of $10* up to 2 months before your booked month. A greater non refundable fee will be applied within 2 months before your booked month.

SHIPPING

- Can I choose to pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order in Seddon, VIC, 3011.

- I have purchased an in stock item. When will this be posted?
We aim to post your order within 3-5 business days. Due to most of our items being handmade there can be a delay in shipment occasionally. We try very hard to have all products in stock all the time.

- How much is postage?
Postage is FREE for orders over $95. Express Postage is calculated during the checkout procedure, as this amount varies.

- Do you ship international?
We ship worldwide.
