FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 Australia Wide. Excluding our Play Gyms and Activity Mats.

Activity Mats and Play Gyms are a flat $30 Australia wide shipping.

We ship all our small parcels via Australia Post or Aramex. Please note your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.

We ship WORLDWIDE!

BULKY ITEMS
We do not accept PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers as delivery addresses on orders containing bulky items. 

These items include:

• Activity Play Mats
• Rattan Play Gyms + Frames
• Kickbricks

Bulky items (outside of Melbourne) will likely be sent with a specialised large freight courier. You will get a text on the day of delivery - and if you are not home they will need somewhere safe to leave your parcel. If you live in a locked unit or apartment, or if you are unhappy for your parcel to be left, it may be best to use an alternate delivery address.

Re-delivery due to no secure drop off location may incur a $10 re-delivery fee.

International Orders

Please note you, as the customer, are responsible for any import taxes, custom charges or any applicable charges that your country may be charging. Please look at import fees before purchasing to assess any charges.

If your item is returned due to non payment of import fees (even if you were not notified) We cannot refund shipping charges. You will be responsible for the shipping charges again to post your item, or a refund of the item only will be processed once the item is returned in the original condition to us.

We take no responsibility for customers who are not aware of the charges, did not receive correspondence from customs or refused payment of additional fees. 

Pick Up

Pick up is available from Seddon, Vic, 3011 (or Mondays and Thursday in Williamstown, Vic, 3016) - if the item is in stock it is generally ready with-in 24-48 hours. Please contact us for more information.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to selected suburbs in and around inner west Melbourne. (3011, 3013, 3015, 3016) for a fee of $5. In most cases orders will be delivered with-in 24-48 hours. Please leave your mobile when you order and we will be in touch.
